The fourth in it's series The objective of this series is to create something that is timeless, something you cannot date. And this project comes closest to this idea, ridding itself from today, each pattern and material used contributes to this goal. The Ferrari F40 symbolizes timelessness and follows the series automotive attachment.
I once again "upgraded" everything i did before, emphasised the curved perspective we see in our peripherals, the pattern of this pillars now scales with distance, improved my efficiency experimented with ambidextrious drawing which sped up the process, the cracked horizon, which previously was broken into sections, now adapts to distance seamlessly.
Taking inspiration from the 1892 book "La planète Mars et ses conditions d'habitabilité" the drawing depicts mars canals which were thought to show civilizations on the surface of the planet, showing the false hope of finding life.
I wanted to show that time doesnt doesnt exist in this world, I picked the Ferrari F40 as a symbol, its timeless design has captivated generations of enthusiasts. I find physics/astronomy really interesting so of course i wanted to add a little into the project, so I took inspiration from the 1892 book "La planète Mars et ses conditions d'habitabilité" the drawing depicts mars canals which were thought to show civilizations on the surface of the planet, showing the false hope of finding life.
